Laura Susan Dickson-Gajewski was born February 14, 1953 in Waterloo, Iowa to Mary and Dallas Tucker and passed away on October 30, 2020 surrounded by her loving family. She married Dean Dickson in 1972 and was blessed with two children, Julie Marie and Andrew Todd Dickson. In 1990 she married Peter Gajewski and then moved to the Houston are in 1991. She was a licensed insurance agent until her retirement in 2008. She enjoyed quilting, traveling, cooking, shopping and spending time with family and friends. Laura’s faith and devotion to the Lord was shown through her beautiful smile and how much she loved her family and friends. Laura will be sadly missed by her husband Peter Gajewski, her daughter Julie Anderson and husband David, her son Andrew Dickson and wife Leslie, stepdaughter Rachael Marshall and husband Kim, sister Linda Deutmeyer and husband Daniel, brother Theodore Tucker and wife Debra, and her grandchildren Kamryn, Brady, Ella and Matthew as well as many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers Matthew and Daniel Tucker. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, November 2, 2020 at 11am at Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home in Willis.
